The location is perfec, just a few minutes walk to the underground, stores, restaurants, gas station with Tesco express store. Parking next to the door. The flat is clean. Nice garden you can use. Value for many is extremely good. Next time we will come again.

My recommendation to the owner: The wine and beer opener is missing. The number of glasses and plates is exactly for the number of guests. If there is any extra, everyone will welcome it. Mirrors are not in every bedroom, so I would put one mirror in the living room so everyone can use it. It's nice that Fairy Ultra is available, but there are no sponges, no dish towels. One bedroom has windows to a noisy street, I recommend buying earplugs, otherwise you will have a very hard time sleeping.

Good price-quality ratio

I liked the garden, as well as the space in the apartment. We looked for a cheap three dorm apartment and this met our expectations. Very good relation between price and service.

The beds were not uncomfortable, but neither super comfy. The location of the apartment wasn't close to the centre, but the same as in the description so no surprises, although the underground station nearby was closed the weekend we were there and thus the trip to the city centre was even longer

London for a few days.

The place is very nice and a clean comfy bed is a good shower. Closed the supermarket any restaurants 5min walking to underground to London every 10min is 35/40 min to London attractions 20min to Wembley Stadium and outlets shops and bus stop few steps. Good staff attention for help from phone. My friends and I enjoyed it.

neighbours upstairs made noise in the night, we called the owner because this problem but nothing has changed. we didn t sleep for four nights.

The flat is cosy, spacious enough and nice for 4-5 people staying.

Lack of basic amenities and low quality of the furniture in the house. There should be more pots, good sets of cutleries and more kitchen utensils. The Dining set and Sitting room chairs were also not good and could barely hold an adult weight. They should be changed to more befitting and good sets. Also the very small size of the shower room. 2 persons can not share the space inthere and it lacks lots of accessories that could have made it more manageable such as toothpaste holder, and other things.

Our stay in the flat was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a family. Everything was super clean when we got there and the host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the property before check-in time. The location is well connected to lots of places. I highly recommend this place to families.

Basic flat. Ok for the price

The location was great. That was the best thing about the property. The parking was good and it was always warm. The fact that our flat was downstairs was good. I would stay here again when looking for a low budget place. You get what you pay for.

Basic cleanliness not attended to. Towels not changed, change of sheets not provided, toilet tissue not provided. Considering we were in this property for almost three weeks, this was totally unacceptable. After chasing them at the end of the first week, they changed the sheets to two of the three bedrooms. The front door was very fiddly and it was a daily battle to lock and unlock the door with the key. We just had to keep trying which sometimes took a few minutes. The worst part of our stay was the terrible noise from the radiators. The first three days were a nightmare as I ended up with an all day migraine by the third day of living with the loud and constant banging noise from the radiators. It did get better after a while.

Perfect for driving to Harry Potter and commuting into London

The location of this property is perfect for visiting the Harry Potter Tour being only 20 mins away bay car. Its also a 6min walk to get on the tube network (Zone 6) which it great for getting into London. The apartment is well set out and the parking out front a bonus.

Minor gripe... but the kitchen do with some more utensils, whisk, bowls, measuring jug and scales (and we were down some forks and spoons) but we managed. The dining table could also do with being able to expand as it only seats 4 but the apartment can sleep 6, there are 6 foldable chairs though so you just have to use the corners.

Location was good, but needed a good clean!

Overall cleanliness was not good, dust and rubbish under the beds, dirty floor, fridge interior was disgusting, had to clean it myself.
