La ubicación bastante buena.
La ropa de cama olía un poco. (No a sucio pero si a usado)

Cabe destacar la excelente ubicación del apartamento por su cercanía a todo tipo de servicios (bares, tiendas, farmacias, etc.), y a la playa, ya que se tarda unos 5 minutos escasos caminando relajadamente.
Asimismo, los baños del apartamento están genial. Muy nuevos, limpios y con mucha potencia en las duchas.
La limpieza de la cocina (sobre todo, microondas, horno y ciertos azulejos), así como del patio interior, podrían ser mejorables. También resulta reseñable el estado de deterioro en el que se encuentran las rejas del balcón del salón.

Está muy bien ubicado, hay supermercado al lado. Parking. El apartamento es amplio, hay ascensor y acceso de movilidad reducida .
Quizás mejoraría el patio (pintura), pero en general estupendo todo para ir en familia.

Location was ok but in cadiz I would imagine all rental flats are in good location
Poor communication agents only appear to speak Spanish were not at property when we arrived hung up on me several times when I tried to phone eventually arrived after about 30 minutes
En suite had bucket on floor collecting water from leak in ceiling making room not functional no apologise just shrug off shoulders
Main bathroom shower head wad broke
Flat noise from next door poor sound proofing
Location ok
Garage parking paid extra took them ages to locate garage for me
Parking space very difficult to navigate if you have medium size car Goodluck
