Lovely quiet central location

We enjoyed staying there but it needs cheering up!

The location, the comfortable furniture, the great pictures on the walls. Having a free parking permit is a big bonus in Watchet. We had to contact the owners about the heating and the response was quick and helpful.

The house is nice but needs some TLC: no easy guide to controlling the heating, bad water stains on the living room ceiling, taps not working or loose, stains on stair carpet, handles loose or missing, appliances needing batteries, and a scruffy exterior with litter and debris on the path. A few quick fixes would make it brilliant!

Overall a lovely place to stay, would definitely book again.

Great location near the harbour. Parking easy, the hosts sorted out a permit. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the cottage was lovely and there was a nice private courtyard with table and chairs outside.

Only one very small niggle - no cupboard space for our food.
