The view was unmatchable! Spotlessly clean! Everything you need catered for! Beautifully decorated throughout. Lovely stay.
Be good to have TVs in the bedrooms and possibly a bigger TV in the lounge (being really picky). Outside (back garden) concrete steps quite steep and a bit mossy/slippy. Other than this the property faultless!!!

Nice big balcony with stunning views over the Dart.
The big bedroom on the top floor was lovely with its own balcony
By virtue of the position overlooking the Dart means a very steep climb up the hill which can be too challenging for older people meaning a much longer route along lower Contour then Upper Contour had to be taken.
This is inevitable with the majority of properties in Kingswear but would be a consideration in booking again.
Found the recycling instructions confusing & in very small print. Larger print would be helpful.

Beautiful house, lots of comforts with a million dollar view! Would definitely stay here again!
Nothing really but we had exceptionally hot weather so maybe a couple more more fans.
