I really liked the localization of the apartment in the streets of beautiful old town. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. I would totally recommend it.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed in the living room which was not really comfortable.

The apartment is priced accordingly compared with other options in the centre of Garda, so in that sense, it offers what you pay for. However, there are several things to be aware of before booking.
The apartment is in an old building with a rather unusual layout, old electrical wiring that can occasionally trip, endless stairs, and some strange noises during the night. The windows face the main street and also the other side, where there can be strong smells coming from the restaurant kitchen. There is constant noise during the day. At night, it is possible to keep the windows open roughly from 2:00 a.m. until 7:30 a.m., but after that the restaurant activity starts again and it becomes noisy.
The central location is definitely a big advantage, but I would not recommend this apartment for families with a stroller because of the many stairs.
The apartment also needs more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. There were some forgotten items that had clearly not been removed, such as someone’s socks left on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The floors were very dirty, and some things could easily be replaced or repaired, for example the chair covers and the shower curtain. The washing machine is practically useless as it washes very poorly and barely spins the clothes.
Overall, the location is excellent and the low price reflects the condition and some of the inconveniences, but the apartment would benefit greatly from better cleaning, maintenance, and a few simple updates.
