Excellent location, very friendly and helpful host, and a very comfortable cottage.

The location was perfect. Very peaceful and an easy, picturesque walk into town. Comfortable cottage with excellent kitchen facilities and a lovely outdoor area to relax in. The host was very friendly and helpful and the best part was a super friendly cat to snuggle!

The only small issue was low shower pressure, but it was still perfectly usable.

Beautiful location with lovely views, 20 min walk into town. Plenty of towels and bed was comfy with nice linen.

The cottage is a little dated and not very clean.

Cosy cottage in beautiful Kinsale.

This is a lovely little hideaway. A cosy cottage with everything you need including a beautiful outlook. Even though it is in the garden of the B&B, it felt very private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt it was great base to explore Kinsale.

Une mini maison cocooning privée sur une belle propriété, literie confortable, une cuisine bien équipée, un hôte accueillant et arrangeant. A 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Un petit bémol pour le ménage qui n’était pas complet - nous sommes nous même hôtes et nous vérifions absolument tout et désinfectons tout entre chaque locataire. Cela a déjà été mentionné dans d’autres commentaires avant nous, raison pour laquelle je me permets de le souligner afin qu’il y ait une plus grande vigilance pour les prochains vacanciers. J’ai envoyé un message à notre hôte à ce sujet pour être transparente. Cela n’enlève rien à la qualité du lieu et de l’accueil !
