A memorable experience

Excellent location and very clean apartment. Available facilities were also very well appreciated. I would like to visit again.

The heating wasn’t working so the apartment was too cold for me. The portable heaters were a compensation though.

Great place would book again

Location was very good could get into city centre in 5 minutes. Parking was limited but got a spot every time. Even the put down bed was very comfy

Could not get the TV working even with us not connecting to the WiFi but that was not a problem we all had phones. Could have done with extra towels for 5 adults

Superb

The location was very central to town centre and railway station. Apartment was spotless and was very modern. Lisa kept in touch throughout our stay checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction.

The wifi was not very good and we were not able to watch Netflix on the TV as it continually buffered. This is the reason I did not give services a 5.

booking.com is horrible in responding to customer query , to say the least

all good except the fact that the one i took was a smaller unit. I would say this is more of an issue with Booking.com as they show the property differently

when i arrived the toilet was not flushing and unfortunately, they could not fix it for about a week as no one was available for the easter break. I had the bigger problem with booking.com as they never responded to my query. i will stop booking from booking.com for sure in future

Disappointing

It was very clean

The bed was broken and made a noise all night we had no WiFi it worked Thurs but we gave up lack of sleep made us book somewhere else for the Sunday when you go away the last thing I want is to ask someone to come fix wifi and the TV which had limited stations to fix things just expect it all to be working properly

They are very prompt to settle the faulty kitchen back door

No Bfast provided

Especially extra toiletries like shampoo, paper, etc since we stay 5 nights. An extra day of cleaning the house may be good.

A pleasant, comfortable stay.

A couple of minor problems were satisfactorily dealt with by staff.A decent place in a quiet ,leafy location.5 mins walk to railway station ,10 mins walk to town centre. No difficulties to report.Staff communicated well with me before arrival.

It was perfect family time.

Apartments are really nice and very close to the center and train station. The garden is the brilliant place to drink a coffee in the morning. I found everything I need, expect salt :)

I have not found salt - maybe it would be good to leave small package :)

the Apartament is very beautiful, everything perfect and clean as the pictures . the checking very easy. I highly recommend this lovely place .

Very good

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were really friendly and helpful to deal with.

Parking nearby was very difficult. There were never any spaces on the road itself and the surrounding roads needed residents passes or were limited to an hour's parking during the day.

Its a converted terrace house, you have you own space and facilities but your still house sharing.

Good kitchen , comfortable UK sized double bed, cozy lounge area

Small double bed, clunky tv which only has streaming channels and was quite frustrating to operate, no daily or any cleaning during my 5 night stay, small shower cubicle and heating that's timed for people who stay in all day, if you go to work then the heating comes on after you leave in the morning and the lounge never really got warm in the evening . Very loud stairs which make you conscious that you're actually sharing a house.

Clean modern fully equipped apartment, perfect for a short stay

Location was quiet and residential, apartment cosy, modern and clean. Kitchen/living area nice and spacious, bathroom nice, all amenities we needed

The one issue with Victorian conversions is that they often create unusual arrangements. In that specific apartment (3 snug) the bed was wedged in a narrow space. For us it wasn’t a major issue but for someone with limited flexibility or claustrophobia such snug apartment may be a bit uncomfortable. Also if other residents are awake till late it can be a bit noisy

Superb

Easy to watch movies and TV series by Netflix using the TV. The location is pretty good to walk to the city center and train station.

It's hard to adjust the heat for the heater especially when we were in the living room. Already changed to 'one' but nothing happened.

Lovely apartment

Property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy, contactless check in. Good communication. Great facilities. Close to town centre so easy to walk to.

Parking was rather hit or miss in the cul-de-sac. TV didn't work to show normal TV shows only had the option to login to your personal Netflix account.
