Lack of hot water issue was resolved incredibly quickly.
Location of property was ideal for the city centre, a shopping trip and a nature walk.
Flat was incredibly quiet, we didn't hear any of the neighbours at all.
Beds were too soft and very uncomfortable. We all struggled to get a good night's sleep and one guest, in desperation took to sleeping on the sofa.
Wi- fi dropped out continously in the main living area and was not available at all in bedroom 2.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location
The mattress in the bedroom alongside the bathroom wall. Sagging at both edges

Very bad smell, some parts were dirty, no batteries in tv so had to buy some but location was good
