The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was good.
The steps leading to the bedrooms. When you are 80 years old and MUST carry suitcases this is NOT easy. Why Booking.com does not see fit to include this piece of essential information is beyond me.
The good accommodation is soured by that experience. The accommodation should also inform visitors of this potential drawback to 60's plus visitors.

The location was very good. The room was modern and clean.
They don't have reception and you do all the process from telephone. Only the next day we saw a very friendly and happy woman, who serve your breakfast. Also there is no free parking. You parking where ever you find in the street and either you pay ticket or some guys take you money to "watch" your car.
