The apartment has a very good size, a great balcony, and the location is excellent.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor which can be challenging with a heavy suitcase, however, therefore the view from the balcony is awesome.

Posizione eccezionale. In pochi minuti sei al centro di Merano. Posto auto un valore aggiunto. Comunicazione educata ed efficace con l’host.
Solo due info che non sono difetti ma che ritengo utili: non c’è aria condizionata (normale per un palazzo storico e comunque nella descrizione effettivamente non è scritto che ci fosse), é un terzo piano senza ascensore e il posto auto è a poche centinaia di metri dall’abitazione. Per chi magari ha bambini, passeggini e cose varie potrebbe essere utile.
