Sehr gut ausgestattetes großes Haus. Durch die großen Glasflächen schön hell. Zuverlässige Klimaanlagen in allen relevanten Räumen. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert oder gefehlt hat, hat sich Juan Carlos, die gute Seele des Hauses, immer sofort darum gekümmert - selbst am Wochenende.
Das Grundstück ist recht weit außerhalb von Santa Cruz. Die Entfernung in Kilometern täuscht etwas, da die Straße dorthin (zumindest aktuell) in schlechtem Zustand ist. Das Taxi benötigt ins Zentrum ca. 50 Minuten.

- great communication with the host
- big garden
- very close to Santa Cruz
- very clean
- it is a unique house you won’t find anywhere else in Bolivia
- perfect for a 3/4 night trip with a lot of privacy
- very nice pool with a waterfall
- The pool is never crowded - you almost have the pool for yourself
- perfect for a private vacation with your family or friends very close to the city.
