Communication with host was great before arrival and during stay. Host was very responsive and helped in arranging cab to airport.
There is no lift and restaurant at the property.

Spacious room with a large bed, fridge and tv. Great location only a few minutes from the lake, and a walkable distance from most food options and shops in the centre of Da Lat. Staff were helpful with storing our luggage when we arrived early, and kept us updated through both the booking.com app and WhatsApp.
As with most places we have found in Vietnam, the bathroom featured a walk-in shower/wet room, but due to the design of the shower door and location of the drain, the bathroom often would not drain well after a shower.
Also the balcony was very small but this wasn’t a big issue for us

The bed was as hard as a rock neither me or my partner had a good night sleep over our 5 nights there
