The location is extremely safe and quiet, as it is in the middle of retirement homes of wealthier citizens. The breakfast is brought into the room by the owner and is a good "continental breakfast". The owner is very kind.
The location is not central and the access roads are very bumpy. Paved, but fixed many times.

Estava limpo.
O café da manhã constitui-se de uma xícara de café acompanhada de um único envelope de açúcar, pão, um copo de suco artificial em pó e uma unidade de fruta.
Entre o meio dia e as duas da tarde o hotel fica fechado.
Não há hospitalidade. Na chegada fomos informados que o hotel era “para empresas”, como a dizer que famílias não eram bem-vindas. Achamos esquisito.
Internet ruim.
Ar condicionado super barulhento.
Nos hospedamos no local, única e exclusivamente, por ser próximo do evento que iríamos. Não recomendo.
