There was a lot to like about this property but the attention to detail by housekeeping let it down.
I requested on booking anti allergenic bedding. Informed after i arrived it should be in place. Pillows on the beds still feather/down. Synthetic ones in cupboard but i had to remove pillow cases from feather ones to put on the ones in cupboard - not what i expected to do as soon as i got there. The liquid soaps in both bathroom’s were empty. Nice to have White company toiletries, but not if they are unusable!
The final thing that really disappointed was the washing machine was full of towels, presumably from previous guest’s, not laundered.
All very disappointing. Management company needs to supervise their staff more closely. I am sure the owners of the property pay a substantial amount for the cleaning and housekeeping to be carried out to a standard that they state is high with attention to detail. This was not so in our experience.

Thoughtful details such as additional outside lighting for stairs. Nice positivity from owners, very comfy pillows, well equipped kitchen.
