We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly could not have asked for a better place.
The location is excellent — very close to the train station and the beautiful seafront, yet in a lovely, quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. It was the perfect base for us to explore the French Riviera, especially as we could easily travel by train to Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Menton.
What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed and more. Kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, bottled water, coffee, spices, cutlery and toiletries were all provided. There were even umbrellas and shopping bags available for guests. These thoughtful little touches made such a difference and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.
The accommodation was comfortable, peaceful, very well equipped and clearly prepared with great care for guests. We really appreciated how the hosts seemed to have thought of everything we might possibly need during our stay.
We have stayed in many places during our travels, but this one genuinely exceeded our expectations.
If we were to make just one very minor suggestion, it would be to provide a chopping board for guests who enjoy cooking. Otherwise, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and we really could not fault anything

L'appartamento ha due ingressi ed è posizionato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni (che si trova in una zona tranquilla e sicura) e di fronte al lungomare. Nelle immediate vicinanze bar e ristoranti. L'ufficio del turismo è poco distante. Ci siamo potuti spostare comodamente con il treno. L'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di tutto quanto necessario, dalle stoviglie ai saponi/detersivi/carta igienica. In casa erano presenti nelle prese di corrente di ogni stanza liquidi antizanzare molto utili. Disponibile anche un buon phon per i capelli. Il divano letto si apriva facilmente anche grazie alle indicazioni dettagliate fornite dalla proprietaria con cui siamo stati sempre in contatto telefonico per ogni necessità. La zona cucina presente nel soggiorno è ben organizzata in modo da risultare un po' riparata. La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è molto tranquilla ma vissuta. La passeggiata sulla promenade è molto piacevole sia verso Saint-Laurent-du-Var che verso l'ippodromo di Cagnes-sur-mer.
Le zanzariere erano un po' datate. Nella camera da letto non c'era la zanzariera ma una tenda. Nel palazzo era presente un odore forte non piacevole che, però, non penetrava in casa.

Casa accogliente e confortevole,
Oltre che comoda rispetto ai servizi e vicinissima alla spiaggia e al lungomare pieno di palme e pappagallini verdi.
Parcheggio facilmente trovabile nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento e non caro. Staff gentile e veloce nelle risposte. Cagnes sur mer è un gioiellino. Punto ideale per visitare anche interessanti musei. Vicinissimo a Nizza e Antibes.
