Location is perfect. Right in the middle of Izola but on a quiet residential street of old houses so you are part of the local neighbourhood.
You are a 30 minute drive from Italy one end and Croatia the other so even being there for 5 nights we were not short of things to do - you could easily spend a week here.
Parking was arranged by the owners at a car park about 15 minutes walk away. Now don't panic, you can park in the town square which is about a 5 minutes or less walk to the property - note cobbled streets. Then you can drive to the parking location where free parking has been arranged for you - don't forget to message the owner with your car registration number. Then, instead of following Google maps for the walk back to the property, walk down to the water front and turn right and walk along the coast all the way back to Izloa. You will pass Bella Italia on the way - excellent food and service and very reasonably priced - great pizza.
The air conditioners throughout the property worked very well and the house was nice and cool for us - it was a very hot August week when we were there.
The beds are very comfortable.
There is one bathroom on the first floor - for Americans, that's one floor above ground. There is one bedroom on that floor. On the 2nd floor - next floor up - there are two bedrooms, no bathroom on that floor but there is a little terrace with some chairs and a table and some clothes drying lines.
The washing machine was very much appreciated.
Every communication with the owners was promptly and professionally dealt with. They are very kind people.
The living room area is not great, feels a bit like a waiting room with plastic furniture and not a lot of beauty or style. However, I think the owners re planning to upgrade this area and remove some of the items and add a rug and some lighter colours etc. But you are out all day exploring the gorgeous area so this is not a deal breaker.

Très belle maison avec 3 chambres, climatisée , avec tout l’électroménager possible et à moins de
5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage principale .
le parking certes gratuit est un peu loin du logement :15 minutes à pied

Poloha i celé ubytování bylo velmi pěkné, čisté, nicméně pro naše účely nevhodné. Pouze pro dobře pohyblivé osoby- prudké, úzké schody bez zábradlí.
Jeli jusme na svatbu syna a v apartmánu bylo inzerovaných 7 míst, z nichž jsme měli v plánu využít 5. měli jsme s sebou 9é letou babičku téměř nevidoucí a velmi špatně chodící. Telefonicky jsem si ověřovala vhodnost ubytování pro takto starou a hendikepovanou osobu, kterou doprovázele moje dcera. Bylo mi řečeno, že vše v pořádku, může spát v kuchyni, WC je v přízemí také . Pro matku bylo nemožné se dostat do patra do koupelny a byli jsme nuceni najít a zaplatit nový apartmán, kde by nemusela lézt do schodů po čtyřech.
