Location was great, staff in the hotel were great too, especially the reception staff. Restaurant and bar staff was a bit so so, passable maybe. Good view of the beach and relatively easy to get to.
Facilities could be improved, no kettles in the rooms so you have to go to the restaurant for hot water every time you need it, supervisor at the restaurant does make you feel like you're bothering him when you make a request, but maybe it's a cultural difference. During the summer, it is very hot outside of rooms as there is no AC.

Good location, nice stuff and good food at the restaurant
Payment for beach towels, selection of sun beds at the beach- starting 5th row…, breakfast- not too big choice (cold scrumble eggs), lack of hangers in the room, small bathroom

The view from our room over the beach and ocean was beautiful. We had breakfast included, which was really interesting and had lots of choice.
Things that could be done better from a customer service perspective
1. Remove the need to pay a daily hire fee for pool towels.
2. You can't drink water from the tap and the hotel does not supply bottled water to the rooms. That is and additional fee per bottle which is an odd way to treat customers.
3. Tea and coffee facilities are not available in the room, again most hotels supply these as part of the room rate.
