The owner is very welcoming. I like how the bunk bed has curtains for privacy and the rooms are right next to the bathroom.

It’s nearer to JR Nara station and a 7mins walk to Kintetsu Nara station, which is the main station to all attractions. But it’s worth it for the price. Also take note that there’s no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow, so it might be difficult for those with huge suitcases.
