The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The host was incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. Spoke excellent English, were always willing to help, and even recommended some great local restaurants nearby.
Staying here felt like visiting a Japanese friend’s home rather than staying at a hotel.
There is also a lovely park directly across from the property, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. Although the accommodation is about a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest train station, I actually enjoyed it because there are many local restaurants and neighborhood shops along the way. It gave me the feeling of experiencing everyday life as a local.
This was truly the best place I have ever stayed in during my trip to Japan

Loved everything about the hostel. Ken is a truly awesome host. The hostel is warm and welcome, so is the host. Guest have access to the kitchen, everything is clean and plentiful. The environment is whimsical, authentic Japanese style and fun. Location is perfect 4 block walk to the train or bus. Highly recommend! Stayed an extra day because I didn't want to leave. Ken thanks for your hospitality and creating a lovely space for travelers.
