Situated in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Tipsy Turtle is a spacious beach house within walking distance to Surfside Dr, (main street Surfside!) and only steps to the beach and less than 60 feet the pool! This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, sleeps 13 and has everything you need to have a fun filled beach getaway. Surfside Beach is known as the Family Beach and we agree that it is a perfect location for a family getaway. Enjoy fantastic ocean breezes all within walking distance from the beach, the pool, and several delicious restaurants. This Surfside Beach home is located in the perfect Family Friendly location and has everything you need to have to make memories and have a vacation of a lifetime! For your convenience: the kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes you need to make your family beach snacks or a gourmet meal. The beach is across the street! You will love surfing the waves, playing in the sand, searching for seashells or taking a relaxing beach nap (wear sunscreen!). Come relax on the beach on hot summer days or enjoy the ocean air during the fall and winter. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious living area with new furniture or spend time hanging out on the front porch with your morning cup of coffee or afternoon drink! Bedroom #1- Located on the Main, level features a Queen size bed, TV for your time inside, and access to a full size restroom Bedroom #2- King Size bed with private balcony, master bathroom with duel vanity and jetted tub. Bedroom #3- 2 Queen Size beds, TV, and attached full restroom with tub/shower combination Bedroom #4 - 1 Queen size bed, TV, and attached room with Twin size bed and full restroom with Tub/shower combination. You are within walking distance to fantastic restaurants such as River City Cafe, Pizza Hyena, and several others! Take a quick drive down the road to enjoy the famous Painters Ice Cream and Dagwoods Deli. We are centrally located near all of the attractions as well: The Marshwalk of Murrells Inlet is only 5 miles away, Brookgreen Gardens 10 miles, we are 7 miles from Market Commons in Myrtle Beach, 8 miles south of the Myrtle Beach International Airport, and 9 miles to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or looking to get away by yourself, this home offers all the comforts of home but at the beach! Other things to Note: This home is not motorcycle friendly. This property does not allow smoking in any form and anywhere on the premises. This home is NOT pet friendly. This home features a ring doorbell camera. Trailers will not fit underneath this raised beach home. This home utilizes a community pool that is only shared by the 8 homes in the Portobello III community. We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Linen price is factored into final price of stay. Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person. Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach). Southern Coast Vacations supplies a starter set up paper products. Each bathroom will have toilet paper and the kitchen will have paper towels. Guests should bring their own toiletries as needed (shampoos, soaps, etc.). We will provide 16 bath towels, 16 hand towels, 16 wash cloths. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Our family brought our dad to the beach. He hadn't been to the beach since our Mom passed away 18 years ago. He is 88 now and we had such a great time especially sitting on the front porch rocking and listening to stories from him.

There was 7 of us so the house provided ample room to not be on top of each other. Kitchen/dining/living room open so everyone was able to be included. A very short walk to the beach that was super easy. Very short walk to all restaurants and bars for a night of fun.

The TipsyTurtle is the ideal place to stay at Surfside Beach. It is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants in the area. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the open-air market at the library on Tuesday which was also only a 5-minute walk. The house was as described and clean. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. One recommendation is to provide more seating in the living area as there’s only enough seating (couches, chairs, etc.) for 6 people. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book it again for future visits to the area.

This is our favorite location. We have rented this house a couple times. Only negative is that we went to used the grill and it needs to be cleaned or replaced. It could be a fire hazard.

Overall, this was great for the price. It is 350 steps to the beach. The house was nice, but the parking situation was iffy if you have more than two cars. Beaches were nice, and there was a fabulous July 4th golf cart parade! Several restaurants and stores within walking distance. If you rent a golf cart to drive to the beach, you will have to PAY for parking at the beach. The check-in process needs work. The kitchen chair cushions and bar stool cushions need to be replaced. We had issues with the main TV.

Had a great family vacation at Tipsy Turtle. Surfside Beach is the best place for families to enjoy their vacation. Not as congested, quieter, but close enough to plenty of attractions. House was immaculate. Didn't have it's own pool but one available next lot down. Only shared by a few families. Walked to beach once or twice a day. Kids enjoyed the waves.

Door was unlocked. Floors were very dirty. Had to change air filters in order to cool the house. Found various things left in the house from not being cleaned properly(condom wrappers) House needs a lot of TLC, and leak damage needs repaired. Also, there was no window treatment for the sliding door in master bedroom.

OMG! Location, Location, Location!! Perfect get away with the gals! Management Company very responsive as we have never been to Myrtle Beach area before ~ so much to do close by! Caught a show, walked the beach, collected shells and found my first sharks tooth! The house itself was immaculate and kitchen amenities reflected my own home! (Blender perfect for Margaritas! Portobello felt like home. Very comfortable and clean. Furnished really nice. My family and I really enjoyed our vacation and this four bedroom beach house met all of our needs. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. My daughter definitely liked having extra room to do her make up lol. This was our first time staying in the Surfside area and I'm glad we chose to vacation there. Nice and quiet. Nothing beats sitting on the front porch having a cup of coffee chit chatting planning our day. Even though we were across the street from the beach we still had a chance to view the sunrise and collect seashells. Highly recommended for a nice family get away. We had 8 in our party with room for more. Choose Southern Coast Vacation for your next vacation. The staff there was very helpful and answered all of our questions whenever we were unsure about things.

We chose this house because it was in the middle of our family from Charleston, SC and us. We are so happy we did. The house was perfect, clean, and right across the street from the beach. Me and my husband stayed on the first floor and the bed was very comfortable. I need this mattress at home. My daughter and son and law and my granddaughter who is almost 3 stayed in the bedroom with the twin bed. It worked out perfect for them because they could shut the door between the main bedroom and the twin bed for privacy. My son and his girlfriend, now fiance, stayed in the master bedroom with the balcony. The 4 other grandkids stayed in the other bedroom. We played games and walked on the beach, watched the sunrise, it was perfect. We will definitely come back.

It was a great stay with a little issue when we arrived. We reach at midnight and the lock number didn't work and we called the property multiple times and it took them over 2 hrs to call some one and give us the master lock number. It was a little frustrating. But otherwise our stay was smooth and the home is a beautifully maintained beach side property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
