No reason to drag your beach items around when you arrive, You are at the beach! House is located directly on the beach, literally 3-4 houses away from the Surfside Fishing Pier & restaurants in Surfside Beach. Enjoy this completely-renovated 3 BR/3 BA and full Kitchen unit. The unit is lower level 1st floor. perfect for grandparents, babies and whole family! No steps to enter the unit. Enter from right side of building, into Open floor plan Kitchen and Living Room. WI-FI in every unit. There is a queen Sleeper in Living room. Open back door to screened in porch with rocking chairs. Exit out screen porch to outdoor patio set for your use. Walk down the hall there is a bedroom with 2 full beds, dresser, closet and a flat screen TV. In hallway is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Next is 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, dresser, closet., full bathroom with Shower. A roll- away is in the closet. 3rd bedroom is the master suite, perfect for grandparents and in laws 1 Queen bed, 1 full bath with shower, flat screen TV, recliner, efficiency kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, fridge and stove., table and chairs. Roll-away in the closet. Linen and towel rental is available, please inquire. The unit comes with 4 parking spaces in private parking lot for the complex. Washer & Dryer in shared laundry room. Outdoor Shower Private outdoor shower with key, hot & cold water central air/heat, ceiling fans beach chairs, umbrellas and toys ALL of our guests are treated like family! It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach & attractions. Murrell's Inlet is nearby with some of the best Seafood Restaurants in the state! Walmart Supercenter in Surfside or Garden City about 1 mile away is open 24/7. No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there. I do! We rent pet friendly (dogs only) with $100 fee per pet. Dogs are permitted on Surfside Beach on mornings and evenings. Some dogs we do not accept. Please include pet breed and weight with inquiry. If your dog is not friendly around other dogs and kids, pet will not be permitted. We may request a photo of your pet. Flea medication required. Close to many golf courses and mini golf courses where you can play all day for $5-6! Airport is just 6 miles away. The location is perfect, but the house is very outdated. We had to clean the house when we arrived, and it was definitely cleaner when we left it than when we got there. There aren’t “ocean views” from the bottom units, it’s “sand dune views”. TVs weren’t working, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was ok, but not worth all the money you spend

Love this house furniture comfortable access to beach not far only downside is if upstairs neighbors are loud you hear it. Management was wonderful to send a text and they got quieter. We would stay again

We loved being ocean front and being able to access the beach by walking out the back door. We were great full to have all our kids there and our dogs. The living area and the first two bedrooms were fine. He master was ok but the dressers didn’t really work. Found clothes in one of the dressers. Didn’t love not being able to see the ocean because of the dunes, but it was still a 10 second walk away.

The house had everything we needed and was as described in the listing. Each bedroom has its own bath so it was perfect for our family. End it was steps away from one of the best beaches we have ever visited. It went on for miles and was great for walking with the dogs and the water was a perfect temperature and we enjoyed surfing the waves every day. The neighborhood bars and restaurants were convenient and we walked everywhere. It was a great trip.

My boyfriend and I needEd to escape reality for a few days and this house was just what we needed! Perfect location right on the beach in a cute neighborhood and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. And, we could bring our dog! Perfect escape!

This property was great! Perfect location, clean, has everything you need, and is very spacious. I loved being oceanfront so the kids could go back and forth and we could get naps in as well. This place is also walking distance to a few restaurants and bars as well. Don’t pass this up!

We were in the lower unit. It is spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make delicious meals from the local seafood.Being right on the ocean and watching the sunrises made it restful. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home and allowing us to bring our dog.
