Nestled in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $460 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Star of the Sea Site#1202 In Ocean Lakes, Great Location, Great Views and Great space for YOUR Family to enjoy inside and out! Modern House Sleeps 13 - Refer to bedding for accommodations. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house takes your breath away from start to finish. Max 8 Adults and 4-5 Children. Great Parking under the house, you can fit most any type of vehicle, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Deck patio in the back for charcoal barbecue and picnic table and little green. Parking Station for the Golf Carts. *** Enjoy our covered porches on a sunny or raining day, lots of seating and dining table, outdoor TV. Upon entering the house, the welcoming living room/ kitchen and dining room open floor plan. So spacious for all to sit cook, eat enjoy family and friends. The first Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a King bed, First floor bathroom can become on suite. First floor bathroom, also very spacious, large shower, one sink allowing for more counter space, all granite. The kitchen is beautiful, fully equipped for all your cooking and allows lots of space for all you food and supplies. There are two tables allowing everyone to sit and eat at the table. Washer and dryer also on first floor. *** Second floor you will find 4 bedrooms, the front of the house with access to the decks is our first Queen bedroom, the other is our King bedroom this room also has access to a bathroom that can be shared or become an on suite for a second master bedroom. Th back of the house adjacent to the King bedroom is our Bunk bedroom, the first bunk bed is made of 2 twin bunks, the second is a Full size bottom and twin on top. On the other side opposite the Queen with access to the deck is another Queen , the third bathroom between both rooms. There is another covered porch upstairs off the front bedrooms with lots of seating with great Ocean views.*** Guests have access to all on-site amenities at Ocean Lakes. This includes, but not limited to: Pools, lazy river, kids pool w/ water climbers, restaurant, general/grocery store, golf cart rental (not included in price), daily activities, etc. Direct Beach Access, Private Beach Access. Have been going to Ocean Lakes for 10 years now and have stayed in multiple houses over the years. This is the second home we have had the pleasure of renting from Maria! I can attest that you won't find a better owner when it comes to communication before, or during your stay. Day of check in she was already ahead of me with the information needed to access the home. She checked back a few hours later to ensure everything was to our liking and expectations. Going at the end of the busy season can be a gamble when it comes to cleanliness, not here! This place was immaculate! This last row home is close to the beach so you can enjoy the morning view while sipping your coffee. It isn't on the "strip" so there isn't a constant stream of traffic going by either which is nice for quiet evenings. Always nice when the house has golf carts to rent as well. This wasn't our first, and will not be the last time we rent from Maria. If this property don't seem to be a fit you should reach out and take a look at her other home.

This house is one of the best houses that we have ever rented. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The decks are the best and the furniture on them is great. This site will be on my list for future stays. The owners are easy to reach and willing to help.

Maria’s home was beautiful, clean, and as advertised. She communicated well and met or exceeded all expectations! The beach access is just a few yards from the house and the home was spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed this home away from home! The perks of the campsite of pools and arcades were an extra bonus perk! Thanks Maria!

What a great house to vacation in with the whole family. Everything was very nice and clean. We loved that it was on the last row so no houses directly behind us. We opted for use of two golf carts. They were there charged and ready to go. They were great for getting to the water park. The house is so close to the beach we mostly walked. Lots of outdoor seating and the grandkids love the bunkbeds. The host was great to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s property! With an open floor plan in the main living area and 8 adults we had plenty of room for meals, relaxing and visiting. The 5 roomy bedrooms and 3 full baths everyone had plenty of private space also. Properties 2 balconies were a nice option for outdoor relaxing too. With a short walk to the beach we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises. Truly a wonderful Myrtle Beach stay!

Loads of activities available for the whole family rain or shine. Maria is a wonderful host and excellent communicator. She made sure we had anything we needed. It was a great experience. Very pleased with this house. It is exactly as described in photos, no unexpected surprises upon arrival! Maria was nothing short of amazing. Rooms very spacious, adequate lighting for inside and outside, and the charging outlets... Thank you, that is a feature so many look over! Communication was phenomenal, very pleasant and comfortable. A breeze checking in and out. We were not sure if we were going to use golf carts, but when we arrived we decided we would like to, sent payment immediately and her husband had us the keys asap. That was very nice of them to do last minute for us. She even sent me recommendations for our Thanksgiving meal- she definitely went above and beyond to ensure not only the house was perfect, but to ensure all aspects of our trip was wonderful. This was our first trip to Ocean Lakes and I am thankful for Maria giving us recommendations and ensuring we knew of the amenities around us. Would 100% recommend this house!!

The home was clean and well decorated to invoke peace and tranquility inside and outside the home. The deck had ample seating for our party of 11 to sit and enjoy the evening breeze. The closeness of the home to the beach made it easy for us spend time at the beach and not have to worry about packing food because we could easily walk home for lunch/dinner. We had a wonderful time!

This is a lovely house, conveniently located and well equipped.
The front porch was especially nice and a wonderful place to relax after a busy day at the beach. Being able to rent golf carts from the owner was also a plus. Our family of 11 had a great week there.

This home is true to every photo you see. I booked Maria and her husband’s home to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday with nine of her friends and family. There was ample space for everyone including having three full bathrooms. My Mom took the main bedroom on the main floor. It was super convenient for her. All linens and bedding are great quality and comfortable. We had enough room to play card and board games. The kitchen is WELL equipped including serve ware. Super important since I was the birthday chef. The home is well appointed all the way around.
Maria is quite responsive, no nonsense, and a very kind person. Three qualities that I found comforting as everything I needed to know was clear and to the point.

This house is truly a perfect getaway! We have a pretty large family and things can get a bit chaotic. We could not have stayed in a better place though. It was so clean, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. We cooked several meals and this home was well stocked with cooking supplies. It’s beautifully decorated and has such a cozy, beachy feel. We ended up spending more time on the porch than we did anywhere else. The furniture was fantastic, views were amazing, and location could not be better. We will definitely be returning to this home for our next vacation!

Wonderful House
The access to the beach is just steps away and the locations is quiet. Our 2 families loved the multiple decks and patios.
The fans on the outside deck made the hot afternoon decks comfortable. The house is very modern. We were pleasantly surprised by USB chargers on every end table made us feel like we where staying at a traditional hotel. We will definitely return next summer.

Great beach vacation!
Maria made everything so easy, we were able to check in a little early because she is so on top of everything. The house is beautiful and very close to the beach (less than 2 minute walk). Ocean Lakes has so much to offer too, wave pools, shopping, eating ..we will be back for sure!

Great Vacation!
The house was exactly as described in the listing. The property was very clean and spacious and met all of our needs for a family vacation. The campgrounds offered many amenities including the swimming pool and water slides which was perfect for our young grandchildren. It was easy to keep in touch with the owners and they were very cordial in answering questions and trying to accommodate our every need. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

There were so many things to do for children. A splash pad, lazy river, playground and much more. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. The owner Maria was awesome. She was very attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back.

Great location close to the beach
This is a beautiful house with everything you and your family need for an enjoyable beach stay. There is plenty of space for family gatherings, inside and out. The house is a short and convenient walk to the beach. This proved to be very important when lugging a lot of beach things with you every time you go to the beach. It was also helpful if a bath room need arose. The parking under the house was extremely convenient and we easily fit four SUVs.
Having said that, the price of parking was a bit high considering the fact that you have no choice but to park under the house. The parking fee seems more like a fee just to enter Ocean Lakes. Entering Ocean Lakes is not easy or efficient as everyone is trying to enter around the same time. A more efficient way to gain entrance to Ocean Lakes might be to mail/email the parking passes to renters.

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our larger family. Two of our sons, their wives & children, along with my husband and I were all able to fit comfortably! The deck had plenty of places to sit and people watch or just watch the ocean. The location was perfect! We were able to just leave the golf carts parked at the house and take a quick walk down the street to get to the beach. Maria was so welcoming and always responded quickly to answer any questions that we had! We are all looking forward to hopefully being able to rent this home again!
