A superb four bedroom villa with private pool and elegant interiors, built on an acre plot of land boasting panoramic views over the marvellous beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. On the main level, that enjoys panoramic views over Agios Sostis beach and Panormos bay, there is a large living–dining area, a cozy sitting corner with fireplace and a complete entertainment station (TV, blue ray DVD, stereo system), a fully equipped kitchen, a storage/laundry room and a guest bathroom. Two double bedrooms are placed around this level : one master bedroom with a large private veranda and another smaller guest room opening to a romantic internal atrium.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a large stylish bathroom and a private terrace enjoying magnificent views over the pool and the beach.A comfortable twin bedroom is also placed on this level.

A beautiful villa with lots of space and areas to chill out, we were a group of 7 adults and it was perfect.The villa is up a quiet but steep hill with fantastic views of the bay and out to sea. At the bottom of the hill you can turn left and walk to the beach, there is one restaurant there called Kiki's open from 12.30pm to 7.30pm. It gets very busy and you cant book a table so its a waiting game to be seated.If you turn right out of the lane you walk downhill to another bay where there are another 2 restaurants, one is similar to Kiki's but bigger, I can't remember the name but it starts with P, very friendly owner and staff, more varied menu, the other is called Albatros and this was our favourite by far, we wish we had found that one earlier in our stay.Shopping was delivered via Wolt online, mostly ok but sometimes items would not be in the bags and multiple bikes would be sent if the order was more than one could carry, but all in all it was fine, if you hire a car then you would be able to drive to the nearest supermarket as there isn't one locally.Our villa was cleaned for us every other day, a truly lovely lady comes and changes all of the towels, empties the bins and tidies.We all had a wonderful time

From the moment we walked into the villa the experience was absolutely amazing. The fresh scent that greeted us was incredible. Everything was spotless and the views were simply stunning. Katerina was also wonderful, so friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

The villa had everything we could wish. Amazing views . Close to restaurants,and not far to drive to most places you Will visit.
Pool was a bit cool shame it didn’t have heating as we would have used it more.
