Great location, apartment by itself is very nice.
Needs updating, outdated facilities - showers aren’t as reliable, hot water goes on and off. Some pillows were out of shape. No complimentary tea or coffee, not enough bathroom supplies like toilet papers, shampoo, soap. None of it unmanageable but can cause a bit of inconvenience. Also for the price the above should be taken care of.

Nice location and view. laundry in unit was a bonus.
Check-in was deplorable. I waited 30 minutes to check-in with only 2 people in front of me. My checkin took 3 minutes, the person in front of me took 20 minutes as they did not have a reservation and did a manually booking with Dream Algarve staff. This company needs more staffing to accommodate check0ins.

the location was really good and the apartment had good views of the old town of Lagos and the Sea.
The shower was very small and the base of the shower felt flimsy. the shower also didn't drain very well a you had to turn the shower off halfway through the shower to let it drain. it's a shame really as the kitchen is very modern and the apartment is spacious, the location is great.

Location is good
the place is somewhat dirty and old. View is OK. Not really stunning. Hot water for the shower is off and on, like it had it own mind. My daughter found a vapor under the mattress. Blanket had a smell so we have to wash and dry it before we use it. The funny thing was that when we pickup the key. We were told to empty the garbage and bring it down or get charge extra 20 euro!!! Not sure why, since I believed that I already paid for the cleaning fee when I rent the place. Bedroom door cannot close. I will not recommend this place.
