L'appartement est parfaitement agencé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, justifiant ainsi son nom « The Gallery » par la présence de nombreuses toiles. La climatisation intégrale constitue un atout majeur en période de forte chaleur. L'équipement multimédia est complet, incluant Netflix et YouTube, accompagné d'une connexion Wi-Fi performante. La salle de bain est dotée d'une installation fonctionnelle et l'état général du bien est strictement conforme aux photographies. Bien que situé au troisième étage sans ascenseur, cet accès demeure praticable, conformément à l'adage italien « Chi va piano, va sano e va lontano » 😉.
L'appartement bénéficie d'une localisation privilégiée à proximité immédiate des commodités, de la gare, du centre historique et du port. Bien que la proximité de la voie ferrée soit notable, une isolation par double vitrage attenue le bruit.
La qualité de l'accueil a été exemplaire ; le propriétaire s'est distingué par sa grande disponibilité, sa bienveillance et la pertinence de ses recommandations. Malgré la barrière linguistique, son accompagnement attentionné a été très apprécié, et nous tenons à souligner la grande qualité de cet accueil tout au long de notre séjour.
Merci également pour les bouteilles d'eau et le vin dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée, un petit plus très appreciable après notre voyage de Paris.

Appartamento spazioso, arioso, allegro, accogliente, pulito e in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, da supermercati forniti e da un ottimo bar pasticceria per la colazione. C'è tutto quello che serve. Ottima soluzione sia per soggiorni più lunghi sia per un mordi-e-fuggi nella zona.
Appartamento senza ascensore, ma c'è il monta scale (fino alla penultima rampa). L'ingresso del palazzo può sembrare così così, ma arrivati in cima non siamo rimasti delusi!
