Great location - short walk from all the facilities of Brecon but nice and quiet as well for good nights sleep.
Property is well equipped, clean, and a lot of thought has gone into it. Smart TV with all the usual apps (iPlayer etc. ; Amazon prime or Netflix - you’ll need your own logins for these two). Well equipped kitchen so easy to self cater. And was nice surprise to find coffee, a few milk portions, coffee and some biscuits and washing up items and cleaning items and some toiletries which were plenty for out overnight stay.

Location to the Royal Welsh show was easy. Fantastic cottage, clean, modern and just perfect for what we needed.

It was very clean and well presented. The owner of the property made sure we were well taken care of, provided extra bedding as well.
We would have liked for the water pressure from the shower to be a bit more better, but this was just a very minor issue.

Very good location and warmth of the house.
Very weak waterflow for shower n hot temperature for hot water is very inconsistent. Coffee mugs are not cleaned properly with stains. The limescale in the kettle is also removed

Great little self contained let. Really nicely decorated and furnished, very comfortable and with everything you need. Good location for walking to the town and the river. The staff looking after the let were lovely and very helpful.

The shower was extremely tight ... but it did work well.

It seemed rather expensive, but that may have been because our stay coincided with a national event.

Fantastic holiday home, the host met us and nothing was too much trouble (added bonus that we could get some delicious chips for our tea after a long day walking Pen y Fan).
The property is super comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. There was the feel of a hotel, with complimentary slippers, welcome basket with croissants, biscuits, juice, tea/coffee and water in the fridge. This was really welcome as it’s always nice to be able to have a hot drink on arrival!
We would definitely recommend this property. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
The location is excellent for visiting both Brecon itself, and the National park. It’s a ten minute drive to Pen y Fan and the National Park Visitor Centre is four miles away, the staff are very helpful and the cafe is lovely.

The shower as mentioned in previous reviews is a little small m, however my 6’2” husband was able to have a hot shower (as did we all) every evening with no problem.

We stayed in Let Number 2.
It's a Great place to stay if your visiting Brecon or the surrounding area. Great location, just a short stroll in to town with very secure on-site parking, it's a nice quiet area too. The host Murat (forgive me if I've mis-spelt your name!) couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. There was tea and coffee supplied, along with a selection of biscuits, really nice touch. We will be retuning to Brecon in the future and we WILL be staying here.
Oh, and his fish and chips are fab too (he owns the chippy 2 doors from the accommodation!)
My wife said it would be good to have a mirror next to a plug socket for hair and make-up, a common problem in hotels and lets...there's nothing else!
