Incredibly professional and friendly staff, in an amazing location. An oasis inside such a busy neighborhood, with animals, Gardens, and beautiful lounges throughout. Will be returning next time I’m in the city!

Everything from beginning to end was amazing. Had some unfortunate things happen that made the night hard but the staff and atmosphere helped turn that around. I cannot thank them all enough.

Superb breakfast served in the garden. The Chef comes out to discuss the options.
You have to accept it is an old property and don't expect chain like levels of finishing.
Amazing grounds with Peacocks, a tortoise and a cat.

The staff was friendly and made me feel very welcome. Bed was super comfy and the architecture of the building is great.
Quite a few negative points:
- they host parties on the weekend meaning it can be loud until late. Many places do this but at least they could let you know….
- I message them because I arrived quite late, just after midnight, no answer. When I arrived at the gate no doorbell, you have to ring someone for them to come and open the gate, waited 5 min in an empty street…
- Breakfast is basic, not worth having it plus the peacocks are constantly trying to steal stuff on the table
