The door leads air and rain
Needs a rug inside the door for wet weather, floor slippy, not good especially for older people
Loo seat loose, health and safety issue

Frying pan not up up standard, for charge of property
Cooker working on same circuit as fridge, turn cooker off, fridge goes off, food was wasted. NO notice to say this
Party going on 2 nights in hobbit house until 3pm and 2pm respectively

We enjoyed how peaceful it was. The hot tub was lovely and the paddock for our dog to run around gave us peace of mind that she was safe while we relaxed.
The rope fence surrounding the deck was missing which was a little dangerous and also didn't look very nice.
