It is not far from Aix if you have a car and it has the space for 6 people. I guess in summer, if they clean the pool, it might be nice the pool area.

Several things. You have to pay for a lot of extras and in cash or check like towels, bed sheets and the cleaning of the place and the place is not even super clean, there is a lot of dust on the closets. There is zero amenities, not even basics like toilet paper or soap. The beds are super uncomfortable, like beds for camping and the dishwasher doesn’t wash properly. On top of that you need to leave in cash or check 400€ as guaranty which is given back at the end, but it is really inconvenient that is has to be like that and that they can’t just block it on your credit card. Honestly we have never seen any of this in other properties of Booking or Airbnb.
