Mi estancia con mi familia fue excelente desde el primer dia el senor Carlos nos recibio en el puerto y siempre fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atento a nuestras solicitudes. Nos ayudó a coordinar los tours y nos brindó recomendaciones muy útiles para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estadía. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta: queda muy cerca del muelle de capurgana, lo que facilita llegar, ubicarse y encontrar restaurantes y comercios a pocos pasos. Las instalaciones fueron cómodas, limpias y adecuadas para descansar después de terminar un tour. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy feliz y agradecidas por la atencion prestada. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendamos totalmente.

Es muy cerca. El personal es muy gentil.

El colchón es muy duro, las almohadas son muy incómodas. El inodoro estaba muy sucio. No hay espejo en el baño ni en la habitación.
