Environment: splendid view of the mountains (altitude of 520 m) with terraces, 40 'from Strasbourg, 20' from Obernai with their world famous Christmas markets, 20 'from the fields of fire, cross-country skiing network, 20' from pilgrimage site Mt Saint Odile (and possibly a place of energy), 45 'from Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, immediate proximity to forests and hiking trails (Hohbühl site with protected fauna)
Space and equipment: a cozy cocoon with a large living room with sofa, armchair, large family table, tea bar and fireplace opening onto the terrace with barbecue on the east side and passageway on the south and west sides, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobes and vertical storage, including a bedroom with large private terrace on the third floor on the east side and view over the valley and the small mountains, 2 bathrooms (1 per floor excluding ground floor), 2 toilets (1 per floor outside ground floor), front and back lot with apple tree, cherry plum and flowers, parking on the property and in case of snow, parking in the kindergarten next to the property, kitchen fully equipped with view and dishwasher, wifi with reminder on the floors, washing machine and wire to extend to the ground floor, Netflix on the big screen. Total rented area: 150 square meters. Studio is located below the rented space, with a separate and separate entrance and can be occupied during your rental.
