both booking.com & room hosts should find a more convenient way to meet interests of them and guest's interest concerning personal data security at online self-check-in (note: this is a common issue, and the reason I am usually looking for hotels where applicable). nevertheless: thank you both, booking.com customer service and room hosts, for your cooperation on my day of arrival!
doors should additionally be equipped with door locks allowing emergency exit without need of keys if door(s) locked.

Апартаментът е в непосредствена близос до жп гарата, но беше тих, чист и уютен, на около 10-15 мин пеш от търговската улица и пристанището, климатизиран е.

La propreté des chambres, l’espace sous plafond, l’emplacement de l’hôtel pratique et proche du quartier animé, pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer et visiter la ville
Le quartier est assez peu agréable, voire très moche, et surtout très bruyant. L’insonorisation de l’hôtel est également insuffisante : on entend facilement les bruits venant de l’extérieur et des autres chambres, ce qui peut être gênant, notamment la nuit. Le lit d’appoint est inconfortable!
