The location, the staff, the cleanliness and layout.

Although our flight was delayed the staff remained on site past regular hours to welcome us. During our stay, the receptionist accomodated our every request. The view was spectacular! Best in Tropea in my opinion. The location was perfect! Close enough to the center via a very easy walk, yet enough distance to avoid the tourist traffic. Our biggest surprise was at sunset. As if the amazing sunset wasn't already perfect alongside Mt Stromboli, four more of the Aeolian appeared in clear detail. The seabreeze on our terrace, the views and access to the beach. The complimentary breakfast room privided a nice selection. Available were fresh baked italian specialties, a modest but delicious grouping of meats and cheeses. Fresh fruit, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and of course the famous caffe and cappucino, also caffe Americano. Many tea options also available. We will return here for our next stay in Tropea.

Beautiful, clean , modern , and peaceful.
Nothing , the walk to beach has lots of steps although we figured out a way to walk down the street with the town access.

The balcony, access to beach and parking! Washing machine is always a bonus!
No lift, shower was very small. No aircon in living area, couch was old and uncomfortable!
