Even though the fridge in our room a bit dirty outside (coffee stain from the previous guests?) the room and the spa was very clean.
The size of our bedroom! The was the smallest room to stay at hotel in my life!! We got used to it after the first night though, just need to organise your belongings well!!

Decent hotel not too far from Haneda airport. Usual Japanese stuff - small room, very clean. Right opposite a JR station. There is a bathhouse, plus washing machines are available.
The breakfast across the road (a voucher for a cafe) wasn't much to my liking - western food not very well translated. There are plenty of other options around

There was a trainee staff, her name was N Saigon, was very helpful, spoke good enough English to assist us all the way. Saigon knew what to do and how to serve the customer the best way she can. Saigon helped us to set the lock on our luggage as well. Please hire her full time for all the international customers. She has leadership quality, we liked her very much. Your hotel needs an English speaking staff for every shift. Will you be offering the staffs English classes? The customers will really appreciate the customer service to provide English speaking staffs.
The room was very small and there was nowhere to hang our clothes and belongings. No hotel safe to put our precious things in it to keep them safe.
