The location and connection to a train station was so convenient. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was stunning. The staff were also very kind, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage on the day we arrived and the day we left.

Location is great! There's an access to the metro and to the mall and there are a lot of restaurants around. Even though it's in not within the central touristy area like Shibuya, Ginza, etc., it's still very accessible via Keihin-Tohoku Line. Room is small for 2 pax with 4 luggage but we managed to still move around.
If my budget allows, I would have booked a bigger room but the next available big room has 2 beds I think. Extra pillows would be nice too.
