My daughter left her bag at the airport when we arrived. The staff at this hotel were amazing! Not only did they help us locate it, but they also helped us send our bags to the next hotel and store our bags between travels. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location next to the train station, above a grocery store, convenience store, and eateries all around was perfect.
The mattress is firm, which my husband loved, but there was only 1 pillow per person, and it was lumpy. So, we used the couch pillow. We're not used to having to consistently push a lever down for the shower head to work, but we can see how that can conserve water.

Train station just right across the street. No issue with getting to anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Plenty of choice for food nearby. There a seven eleven and family mart a few step away.

Very close to train station (opposite) and only 30 mins to airport which is why I chose to stay there last couple of nights of my stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Although very close to restaurants there are very few that have an English menu as not a particularly touristy area.

great location away from too many tourists - convenient to lots of shopping - 3 supermarkets, restaurants in the same building so don't have to get wet if raining, and over the road from Oimachi train station, one stop from Shinagawa
way overpriced compared to last time we stayed here 5 years ago, breakfast fairly ordinary, and showers have 15-30 second push timers you need to keep re-pushing to have a decent shower - for a $400 a night hotel, skimping on $1 worth of water feels mean.
