Spacious and thoughtfully designed and furnished.
Delicious buffet breakfast.
Train station under the building.
A swimming pool would be nice.
Also, despite it being very hot .. 30+ degrees… the air conditioning was too cold for us but centrally controlled.

The hotel was clean and had a beautiful view. It was fairly close to the station and easy to walk around. The area seemed very safe and clean.

Located directly above the rail station that took us right into the city centre and the closest Shinkansen at Shinagawa station. Amenities like water, tea, coffee and facilities like the washer dryer are great.
We’ve stayed at Loisir for years but this is the first trip that we’ve felt disappointed. We had an old blood stain on our duvet which we saw when the outer cover fell open. The curtains, furniture and the room in general was very very dusty and it triggered our dust allergies. We could see dust clouds in the air when we pulled open the curtains. The washer dryer at L20 does not dry well. Our clothes that were not in any bags of sort and not full load was still very damp after the cycle completed. The machine may need maintenance.

location is good for visiting Odaiba Seaside Park！
Air conditioning inside the room is central control, I set to the lowest temperature of 15 degree C (the lowest setting), however, its still feeling too hot inside the room (like 30 degree C). Finally, I turn off the air-con and lucky got sleep through the light. This hotel look like a 3-star hotel, but, it really make me unhappy & disappointed.
