The location was great for us but I can imagine it might be a little to central for others. The accommodation was great and the pool was lovely. Our Host, Julie, was amazing. She took the time to come over and explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. She was also able to recommend local restaurants and beach clubs.
I have really struggled to think of something I didn't like. The only thing I think wasn't quite right is the pump of the pool kept tripping which meant the pool wasn't filtering properly. It didn't stop us using it but you could see that it needed to be running more. This was definitely a minor criticism though. Don't let this stop you booking the place.

Die Pools und die Privatsphäre.
Die Pools wurden alle zwei Tage gereinigt.
Fleckige Handtücher. Wenn man draußen sich aufhält, ist nach 30 Minuten das Strom & W-lan weg.

De villa was perfect: schoon, modern en heel comfortabel, met een prachtig privézwembad waar we elke dag hebben genoten. De ligging is ideaal, precies in het midden van het eiland, waardoor je eenvoudig alle mooie plekken van Kreta kunt ontdekken. We waren hier met twee kinderen van 20 en 15 jaar en hebben samen een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het strand, winkels en restaurants liggen op loopafstand. Ook de communicatie met Travel Staytion en de lokale host Eleni was erg prettig en snel; alles werd goed uitgelegd en geregeld. We hebben een auto gehuurd en daardoor veel van het eiland kunnen zien.
Omdat ik via Booking had geboekt, verliep het proces wat omslachtig. De check-in moest online via de site, maar Booking gaf geen gegevens door, waardoor ik uiteindelijk nog een keer moest inchecken, inclusief het opnieuw uploaden van paspoorten en foto’s. Dat was onhandig. Ook kreeg ik twee dagen na aankomst opeens een link om een betaling te doen. Toen ik dit bij Booking meldde, kreeg ik alleen een automatisch antwoord waar je niets aan hebt. Gelukkig werd ik daarna heel goed geholpen door de contactpersoon van Travel Staytion.
Kortom: wil je een zorgeloze vakantie ervaren, boek dan rechtstreeks via Enorme in plaats van via Booking.
Er was eigenlijk niets wat tegenviel aan de villa zelf. Alles was uitstekend verzorgd en naar verwachting
