Very friendly and helpful staff, all of them. Centrally located to ferry and to metro going to european side and sabiha airport. A lot of restaurants and shops, banks etc. nearby
Hotel is located next to a very busy area with vivid nightlife. If you are sensitive to noise and music, probably not the best choice.

The location is great. I small room with a "french style" balcony. Comfortable bed, staff was helpful even though English was not the strongest. Overall a great stay. Would recommend.
The toilet seat was loose, and the aircondition was making a loud sound so we had to turn it off in order to sleep, which meant a long sweaty night. But every thing else was fine and I would definitely stay there again

They did not provide breakfast which I thought I had paid for.
The room was very smelly, but once the windows were opened for a while this was resolved.
