Staff attitude
Neatness. In dining hall flies are there. Washroom is so untidy. Bucket is too bad and it is with hole.

It's away from Nellore Town. Not centrally located. Room occupancy is low. Hotel looks deserted. Credit Card Machine doesn't work. Gpay not working. Counter person says pay cash. Now a days no one carries cash. Have to wait long to settle bill. I left asking them to share account details to pay. Later they sent a cell no to pay. Paid bill. I presumed Booking.com will give value for money. But I regret to say that Booking.com shouldn't recommend such hotel. Next time I have to be careful to book hotel thru Booking.com app.
The Reception where we cannot pay either by credit card or Gpay. They are asking 3% extra for card payment. When I accepted to pay 3%, they say machine not working. Tried Gpay - payment gets FAILED as their bank details are not correct. Counter person says pay Cash.
