Good Apartment, But Parking Assistance and Cleanliness Need Improvement

The apartment was comfortable and generally good for my stay. The location was convenient and the overall experience was pleasant.

Parking was confusing for first-time visitors, and it took quite a long time to get assistance. Unfortunately, the security staff were not very helpful when I needed directions to the correct parking bay. Cleanliness also needs improvement. While the apartment looked clean at first, I found a dirty sock and a very dirty pair of pants underneath the bed, which suggests the bedroom was not cleaned thoroughly.
