Walking distance to any downtown locations and fast cheap UBER rides around town. You can actually see the Peabody Roof sign from the back bedroom. The property was very nice and accommodating for my husband, daughter and I. There is an elevator which made it accessible. Communication regarding specifics for check-in and check-out was good. Parking was explained prior to booking and I found it easy to navigate. This was my first booking and I would definitely book again. The only hiccup was when placing the reservation a lowered price was noted; yet upon booking completion the lowers rate was not reflected. All in all great experience!

From the booking, checking, location and communication with the owner, I couldn’t ask for a better place for us to celebrate my husband’s 55th birthday. This condo is in walking distance to all the major attractions. If you don’t want to walk Uber is easily assigned and so it the trolley at the corner

The place was perfect. Furnishings looked just like the pictures provided. So bright and airy… it was hard to leave and go sightseeing.
All questions were answered promptly about arriving.
People in the area were great. So close to everything that we had no issues in walking.

Our group loved the skylights and windows overlooking the park. Beautiful condo and a great location downtown. Can walk to many restaurants and attractions. Jon was in contact with us quickly if we ever needed anything! Would highly recommend!

My fiancee and I along with one of my co workers got the chance to book and stay at this listing in mid May 2023 for about a full 7 days and it was just fabulous. Our first time to Memphis, so we wanted to be downtown and this listing was a wonderful location and choice.
The Peabody Hotel is a few blocks away if that, and was a fantastic place to walk to and have cocktails or check out the lobby stores including Laskys Clothing Store (This is the store where Elvis would get tailored in hiis earlier days along with BB King, Etc.) and some unique other gift shops. There are numerous restraunts and lounges, nightlife, etc. within minutes walking from this listing's location including Beale Street of course!
We loved the propertys interior decor and styling, and overall nostalgic feel of the building itself, but with a modern day pazaz if you will once you enter the unit itself... very cool indeed. The area is decently quiet in the night hours from our experience. There is a walgreens about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the building and a wonderful park area situiaed across the street from the location which is completely visible from the unit balcony.
The unit was nicely stocked with everything you would need kitchen wise, bathroom wise, and of course bedding wise... so thumbs up to this listing for all the courtesies and guest considerations that were in place for us upon arriving!

We had a lovely stay with friends in this very stylish and well appointed condo. Communication with the host was always prompt and he provided lots of useful tips on restaurants and getting around town. If our travels every take us to Memphis again we would book this condo again.

My sister and I stayed, and absolutely loved it. Furnishings are gorgeous AND comfortable! It's Very light and airy and quiet? Trolley was very convenient. We did not have a car, but the location is good for walking and trollying. We ate a couple times in the little River Deli right below. Good food and super nice people. We loved everything about the apartment and would stay there again.
