-everything was perfect for the Asia standards. I don’t understand why it has so little stars. It should have at least 4 for the standards of East. Can’t wait to be back.

It’s was very quiet tucked away from the main busy streets. Room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

People managing it. Cleanliness. Location.
Wish they put some blinds from outside too. Too hot in the summer and the windows don’t stop the heat from entering.

Location was great
We booked the room last minute on the same morning and were very disappointed with the value for money.
We were given a very old and run-down room. The bathroom had visible mold, an unpleasant smell, and was poorly designed. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained.
For the price we paid, the quality did not match at all. During our trip, we stayed in several local accommodations in Kosgoda, Mirissa, and Tissamaharama for about half the price, and those places were much better. We were very satisfied with those stays and rated them accordingly.
We would definitely not recommend staying here.
