The Kihei Haven was an OK place to stay.

The unit itself was comfortable with a quick walk to the water. Great ice maker in the freezer.

Due to the location of the unit, there was quite a bit of road noise.

Convenient stay but be aware of the added on fees

I liked the location and the ease of getting in and out of the property. Since we used a door code to get in, there was no lengthy check-in or check-out process.

The hidden cleaning fee and having to remove the sheets from the bed as well as take out the trash. I chose this property because it was the cheapest in Kihei on booking. However, there was a cleaning fee of almost $200 which made the total cost about the same as it would have been to stay at a hotel in the same area. Also, even though we were charged the cleaning fee, we had to strip the bed before we left and take out the trash. I would have rather stayed at a hotel where someone would have made my bed and take out the trash daily.

very disappointed

the location, and that it has kitchen, plenty space and everything you need to sit and relax

At the arriving time at 4:30 the property was not clean, I had to call the person in charger it was until she send somebody to clean it. Another thing the property that I reserved it said and shows ocean view and this has only parking lot view. After the room was clean I found out that the top blanket was dirty and stained. I was very disappointed trying to get of hold of you guys. after I talked windy she said we can cancel but at this time where I’m going to get another place.

Ruined our trip.

The lady at the front desk was nice but could do nothing for us. Our guest contact was also nice but could not help us. The maintenance guy they sent took 2 days to even come look and after looking at it said "just don't think about it" and "alcohol will help".

The air conditioning stopped working the first day of our trip and did not come back on until the morning of the last day as we were packing to leave. This ruined our trip, we could not rest at night even with the windows open because we were above a noisy walk way and the parking lot. We were tired all day each day which ruined our vacation. The unit is independently owned (we did not know) which made getting help overly difficult.

Stay was disappointing and would never go back again

Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Property has beach access and ample parking spaces

We got to the property past 9 pm. The unit has not been disinfected/cleaned, linens used by previous occupants on the floor, restroom/shower dirty. The property manager/contact person came in to make our bed and dispose of the dirty linen. Housekeeping didn’t come until the following day. Appreciate the effort of the property manager to give us a bottle of wine but…

the place has everything you need for vacations.

this property has everything you need on it. beach is on a 3 minutes walk, laundry easy access, pool is clean and beautiful, The apartment has everything you will need for a vacations it is a quiet and relaxing place, stores are near to the property. check in is easy, staff are friendly.

First time in Maui.

The building is close to the beach

The pillows was dirty and blankets small bad ,iron broken, I emailed and called to the assigned person (yolanda)en never answered.

Good

Big, clean apartment with nice bathroom

very slow management of my dates’ change request; poor welcome by the property admin, moving furniture out of the apartment exactly upon our arrival despite very late check-in time

Exceptional

Stay was great. Location was great. Loved it. Will definitely return.

Our reservation didn’t show up in the computer system on arrival so there was a delay checking in.

The apartment was good. The complex isn’t too big. We were steps from the shore. They were not over crowded and the pool

All of the extras: coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles, and a baby stroller.

There were ants, but it wasn’t a problem. Two tvs would have been nice. Even though we were right next to the laundry, in suite laundry would have been nice.

Overall this condo was a great value.

The property was clean and nice. Close to the beach with a view from the balcony. The condo has beach chairs, boogie boards, 2 different sized coolers, and beach towels for guest to use. It is close to dining and shopping in Kihei.

The universal remote had dead batteries. The unit does not have on-site maintenance. The bathroom light bulb burned out during our stay. I would have liked to see LED bulbs installed that save energy and alleviate the concern of bulbs blowing.

Good

Location was good and being near the beach was nice for walking the beach. Plenty of towels available. The hot tub and pool were very nice!

The noise from construction... 4 remotes and one had corroded batteries inside, one had missing batteries.... Over priced, in my humble opinion.
