Location good and cleanliness of the unit. Plus the basic amenities provided.
A more comfortable blanket would help. The shower head sprays water all over the bathroom. Plus the toilet interior door handle broken.

Good location for downtown. Good and helpful communication from the hosts. Shower was decent. Security team were class.
Apartment was one of 3 I had booked for our team and whilst the most expensive 211 was by far the poorest. WiFi was very poor - my 4G significantly quicker. Room was dark, had an unpleasant fusty aroma. Various things didn’t work - bedside lamp, light near wardrobe meaning i had to use my phone to see in it. Bathroom had various bits broken and not replaced, toilet seat looked like it had been chewed by a dog.
