Good layout, warm and cosy with a log burner and underfloor heating in the kitchen. Nice deep bath.
It hadn’t been cleaned very well. We had to empty the ash tray before using the fire as it was overflowing and wash oven trays as they had been put away covered in grease and unwashed. Previous guests empty wine bottles were still in the cupboard. Sofas were covered in white dog hairs that transferred to our clothes. No welcome pack and no basic supplies such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, hand soap, matches / fire lighters. When this was raised via messages the response was that guests are to bring their own. No response or apology for having to clean areas before use which was disappointing.

Such a beautiful location in west wales. The house is close enough to both the beach (via steep hills but a beautiful walk) and village by foot. Very peaceful location. Horses and a pony in the field next to the house was an added touch of joy!
The house, whilst clean, wasn’t exceptionally well cleaned. Particularly the bathroom, the floors were dusty and there were hairs in the bath when we arrived.
The internet is exceptionally slow, so it’s hard to stream or work from the property

Lovely cottage with plenty of space for our family of 4. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Also the bonus of a field next door with some very friendly horses! Having the parking space at the beach was brilliant.
Kept having to reset the boiler to get hot water as kept going off but it’s an immersion so hot water was there straight away when done

Comfortable accommodation and easy to manage. Position close to walks and facilities.
Accessing shower over bath would be slightly difficult for anyone with mobility difficulties. A grab rail by bath might be helpful.
