The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in aside from my own. The shower was glorious and the location was perfect for our stay
TV didn't work aand there was quite a lot of dust behind it and on the floor. Also the shower door was starting to come off.

The room was spacious and there was a strong standing fan to combat the heat. Very central location. Big shower and a well-functioning TV. The bed was comfortable and access to the property friction-free.
Three separate times drinks were stolen out of the fridge in the shared kitchen despite signage declaring my ownership of the items. The phone number listed on the pamphlet is only a voicemail and emails got no response. I randomly tried calling the number I got my check-in information from and got a person on the phone. After having to impress upon them the seriousness of the situation, as I visited during a heatwave and no choice but to store my drinks in the fridge. They then agreed to look into it the Monday following my stay. That day has passed and no further communication has occurred. I've stayed at 6 Adelphi before but this experience has put me off ever returning. Not only can you trust that your groceries are safe in the shared kitchen, not even if you label it, but the customer service of the property management is seriously lacking. A shame

Location was great and the little kitchen with tea a d coffee and cereal a lovely touch.
Fan in room wasn't working and it was boiling.
