Dirty un kept old dirty broken furniture. Stains everywhere. Broken toilet. Smelled bad.

Everything was good for the price, the kitchen was outdated for having old pots and pans. Internet was slow.

Nice area on beach, but wouldn’t recommend it.

On the beach

It smelled of urine when arrived, lot of damage to walls and toilet rocked when used. Not a 2 bedroom or 2 bathroom condo, never saw bunk beds in a wall before. Closing off the living room with a door to make it into bedroom was unreal. Needs a lot of update cosmetic repairs done.

Saw small roaches the first two days but the mgmt sent the exterminator out on the first business day available. We arrived on a Saturday.

This place is pretty nasty. When I arrived first day I used the shower and it was already clogged with hair in the drain. goes to show the cleaning people didn’t clean the tub. There is black mold growing on every air vent above the bed and above the stove. So many roaches can see them in the picture saw at least 2 a day. Random stains on the couch and red stain on the carpet possibly blood. Still dust on top of the microwave and plenty of dust on the walls. The only nice thing is the view and the location

Very good

I love that it was right in the beach. It was awesome to wake up and sit on the patio and have my morning coffee. I also like that the beach was pretty much secluded just for us and for the other houses around the beachfront.

What I didn't like was that all the stores and restaurants and major grocery stores were not in walking distance. And the only grocery store that was close was super expensive. I'm the type of person where if I'm on vacation I don't want to feel like I have to drive everywhere just to do something or buy some extra food while I'm out there. This place is good if you stock up and tend to stay at home most of the time or on the beach.

Nice place on the beach

The location was great! The house was nice and very clean.

The bed downstairs is very hard. No elevator, but we can just request a bottom floor next time. It was a little hard to navigate with a one year old and all the stuff we have to bring for her

Right on the beach, 3rd floor unit, 2 bunk beds.

Location is 10/10! Loved being right on the beach and having a spacious balcony facing the ocean. It was great to have washer n dryer, and a full kitchen. Access to the beach was via locked gate and 2 fob keys were provided. Bathrooms n kitchen were clean, and no bugs of any kind were seen inside the unit.

I was surprised with 2 beds being built into a cubby space (appropriate for children but not for tall adults). The 107 unit is on the 3rd floor and that was not stated in the description of the unit. Bathrooms and the kitchen were clean but carpets and couches are dated and have quite a few stains. I Bring sheets to cover them in case this happens.

Very unhappy with the unit!! Will not be returning to this location.

The air conditioning went out in the unit. Had to sleep in a hot condo for a night. The bathroom was full of mold and smelled awful. The unit also smelled like mold.

Great view and location, just needs a few upgrades.

The location was perfect: right on the beach, quiet, easy to get around. Overall, highly recommend.

I knew the condo was outdated. That was not the problem, but it does need some upgrades: new beds and carpet. I had no doubt it was clean, but the carpet was stained to the point it needed to be replaced. The other issue was the “shade vendors” took up most of the front beach access. They claimed each set was rented already, but everyday 7-10 sets went unused (yes, I counted). This made residents who brought their own chairs have to compete for the remaining space. If you did not want to sit behind others, you had to run down and claim a spot before 7 am or walk much further down the beach away from the condo.

mildew in bathrooms, broken & falling blinds, sand imbedded in the furniture, unsafe interior stairs, kitchen pans should be discarded, old-old-old.surely the property management company should review.

We made it work and enjoyed our stay.

No elevator. It was my fault but we needed a room on the bottom floor and handicap acess for my mom. Stairs were HARD for her to handle and again since I did not request a handing ap room she had diffi ulty with the shower.

Had a great time.

The location is amazing. It is directly on an unbelievably beautiful beach.

The room is old and outdated, could use a remodel, but no real issues during our stay. The bathroom sink drained slow. Overall the property is a great value and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We very much enjoyed the condo & beach, just sore from sleeping arrangements.

The location, right on the beach, easy access.

Beautiful location, great views, awesome dune lake water outflow phenomenon !

Proximity to the Eastern Dune Lake outflow, loved the view from the balcony, didn't know in advance that you provided chairs and umbrellas on the beach, the sunsets, night sky, even the fireworks at Pier Park were gorgeous.

The keypad door lock did NOT relock consistently - leaving our belongings unprotected (boo hiss). The bed mattress could have been better. Both toilets were very low for tall adults - otherwise everything was great !!

Loved the location!

Absolutely love the location! Quiet & exactly what I was looking for for my husband & I to celebrate our anniversary. Worth every penny to stay here!

A couple bugs but nothing a spray wouldn’t fix! Truly my only complaint is I couldn’t get in contact with staff to find out what we needed to do prior to leaving.
