Needs a little upgrading.

Location was great

Dryer didn’t work initially and had to be repaired. Guest toilet ran continuously and was repaired. Later discovered the dishwasher didn’t run well so dishes were hand washed. Needed more dish and

Convenient Location

Loved the location to the beach and the view

Broken Toilet seat and TVs didn't work no kid friendly dishes like plastic cups or plates dust bunnies and pet hair behind the furniture in the corners

Never got to stay terrible host

I never checked in host didn’t email me back I sat out of facilities for 2 hours after a 5 hour drive I called phone kept hanging up I had to get a hotel 20 miles out

Superb

Condo and location were nice, I recommend this place, we love the ocean, so we enjoy it. we love the white sand beach, just crossing the street. Great place for a walk, we did 6 miles @day!!!

just missing some basics like salt, pepper, oil, not enough paper towel and tissue paper for the number of people for the long stay; also, we found several roaches around, I guest is because is an old building, must be hard to keep them out.

Exceptional

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the view was amazing. The location was close to everything including the restaurants,shopping and beach.

There was allot of noise and shouting long after 10 pm late which made it difficult for my kids in the guest room who were right next to the passage way, to sleep. The ice maker in the fridge was not working but because our stay was only two days we did not bother to inform about it. However these things would definitely not keep us from returning here. We had an amazing time and the accommodations were decorated with allot of thought and attention which we enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay and will most likely return.

Loved the view of the pool area and the ocean from the front deck. 3rd floor ... not too high or too low. Enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent landscaping surrounding the buildings.

Wish there had been a charging station with multiple electrical and/or USB outlets. Most travelers have several devices that need recharging and searching the condo for electrical outlets behind furniture etc. is not good.

Overall it was a nice comfortable spot.

The condo was nice and in a great location. Very spacious

The condo had some roaches in which I absolutely hated so we went and bout some spray to spray in certain areas of the condo. Mainly in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo is next to a seafood restaurant so sitting on the balcony was not happing with the smell.( at night) . Also there wasn’t a beach access most of the areas near the condo was private( beach). That part was a bummer because that was really the main reason of coming to Destin. We wanted to be on or near the beach .

The sea view is beautiful, so the other bad things can be ignored，But still wish they could change the bed,

The bed is old. I've never slept in a bed like this， They need to change their bath towels. It looks very dirty。The shower curtain wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on it

Fall Break was a hit!

The only negative was we were only given 2 trash bags and when we asked the office for more they said we needed to take that up with the owners and they weren't supposed to give us one. They did give us 1 but made sure we knew they weren't supposed to. We also did not have a toaster so we went and bought one and left it there.

We enjoyed our stay! The view, the location, the space and size of the unit.

Pleasant

The location was nice. And the room was nice.

Took 3 and 2 hours calls to get a parking pass. Then was told to just write info on a piece of paper. Then had to walk down 11 flights of stairs due to elevator not working.

Nice condo at Destin.

Roomy , nice view, king beds , 2 pools , friendly staff , and more.

Plumbing and appliances, could use some updating soon.

It was very clean and comfortable, direct view to the beach, it was a beautiful view from the master sweet as well.

That our dryer didn't work and when i turned it on, it started smelling. I did let them know and they did send the maintenance man up and he had to order the parts. Other than that I highly recommend staying here. My family and myself will be back!

I like being close to the beach.

The condo bathrooms & floors were filthy. The money paid for cleaning should've been given back because the only thing clean was the linen. 2 of the bathrooms were just as dirty when I came as they were when I left. I only saw staff members, in the office downstairs.
