Loud high pitched wine through the night from the ac. The power blinked about 6am which caused the alarm clock to go off

Pretty building, easy to get to.

Under renovations. Staff was okay, not very talkative. Whispering to each other while my wife and I were checking in. Felt like we were an after thought.

Very good stay and location

Room was very good and the Staff were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. I know they are interns from the Philippines and they are one of the most warm and friendly people in the world. Very very respectful.

We had no water and were not advised of the issue when we checked in. We again had no water the next day and had to req

We checked in and went to our room only discover that there was no water. After repeated attempts to call the front desk, we were told the water would be turned on in about 30 minutes. We should have been informed about the water as we checked in. We went to dinner and the water was working when we returned. We slept and upon waking the next morning, again discovered that we had no water. We contacted the front desk and were told,that they hoped to have it on by 4:00-5:00 that afternoon. At that point, we requested a transfer to another hotel. We were transferred to the Residence Inn right down the street. We are both elderly and my husband has a lung disease. It was way too much work for us to unload our car, move into this room, then reload the car the next morning and have to unload again at a second hotel. I am especially upset that they did not even warn us when we checked into the Courtyard by Marriott!! The worst part is that we discovered that we had been charged for a total of 5 nights lodging at the Courtyard. We paid Booking.com for 3 nights at the time we made the reservation. Courtyard by Marriott charged us for another 2 nights. We went back by the Courtyard and were told that we were correct and that the manager would call us. We have never heard from the manager and have wound up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. It was a most upsetting stay!!

The hotel in general, from the parking lot, lobby, and room was exceptionally clean. And staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that our room phone didn't really work, when I tried to call for extra bedding for the pull out couch.

Very nice hotel and I will stay there again.

Location for me was good. Hotel was nice, it has a small limited menu restaurant. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

The A/C in the room worked well but loud, other than that no complaints.

A great location but rooms did not meet expectations and were not as clean as reviews read online.

The location was great.

I reserved a balcony room with chairs and the balcony room was not how the pictures represented. The first room smelt like mildew. The second room we were placed in had mold on the bathroom floors and the shower curtain was moldy.

overall the pool was small so we just visted my family location which was close to beach and cheaper

was not clean hair in tub and bed as if they made the bed up because the top covers were clean. the front desk wasn't interested in you unless you we're a guy. i got locked out of my room as i went down outside to the pool as my key card had been deactivated. i had to call front desk to unlock the door. and go to the front desk to get a new key made.

If you like to play golf, like to shop at nice places and stay in a nice hotel, book a stay here!

I liked the location of this property as there were golf courses so close. Also, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even more importantly, the air conditioning unit was not loud and didn’t wake me up when it turned on/off.

I did not have anything I did not like. My stay at the property was great with no complaints. Everyone was so nice at the hotel. I would go back again without any hesitation.
